We believe it gives both your company and our team clarity on expectations, while allocating the needed time to develop the best solutions and work through the implementation processes that will promote success for your company. With a Service Plan, we can become a part of your team, working together to achieve your company goals.

We offer two discounted plans. If you need different hours, we will build a unique service plan for you. 

Usually, at the beginning of our work together (the first two to three weeks), the 10-hours plan is preferable as we get to know more about your business and design a specific work plan for your company. As the process evolves and we enter the implementation of new projects and/or the maintenance of your current systems phase, the amount of hours needed normally decreases.

Our service plans can be canceled at any time, we just request one week’s notice.
