“In Motu” is Latin for “Being In Motion”. Ana Luiza Hoepfner, our founder, has over ten years of experience in both operations and financial management, including senior positions for small businesses. As part of this experience, she came to understand that business operation is a constant process of improvement, adjustment, and growth. For small companies putting out fires can become the day-to-day norm, which is understandable with limited staff and budgets. However, small and mid-sized companies have much to gain by investing in improved solutions that benefit their teams and help them achieve their goals over the long term. That’s why In Motu was created. We want to give your team and company the tools and support needed to prepare for emergencies, changes, and growth. We want to help you build and maintain a company that stays in motion towards your company goals. We think of it as building a strong boat that is fully equipped to make the desired journey, through storms and lulls, while also making sure the journey is enjoyable and that you arrive at your destination!
